NO Space for Hate Counter-protest
Dear PSAC members, There are anti-trans rallies being organized under the headings of ‘parental rights’ across Canada. Please join us in this important counter-protest on Friday, September 20 from 10am-1pm at London City Hall (300 Dufferin Street) where we show that there is No Space for Hate. The PSAC Southwestern Pride Committee calls on all members and allies to help protest for the safety of queer and trans youth and show the Union and worker strength behind the principles of diversity and inclusivity! If you need forms, you csn enail us at localceiu581@gmail.com CEIU is hereby calling for nominations for the position of Alternate National Vice-President for Human Rights as well as for two (2) Alternate Representatives position on the National Human Rights/Race Relations (HR/RR) Committee.Any CEIU member in good standing who has self-identified with CEIU is entitled to nominate or second another member in good standing who also has self-identified with CEIU for the positions mentioned above. If you have not yet self-identified with CEIU, please note that as a nominee, nominator, or seconder, you must complete the self-identification form and send it in with the nomination form
