Hours of work – outside collective agreement

If you are asked to work hours outside the collective agreement.

(union consultation is required even of you request to do this, this has to be done at PSAC national level with negotiation staff)

As per PA collective agreement Article 25.08 – core hours are 7-6

*working outside the core hours should not be proposed (or agreed to) for the purpose of avoiding paying appropriate leave
