You have a right to participate in union activity.

PSAC MEMBERS WHO WORK IN:
the federal government departments and agencies are covered by the Public Service Labour Relations Act (PSLRA).

You have the right to be informed. Unions have the obligation and right to keep members informed and to engage members in union activity.

You have the right to wear the union message. Members can wear buttons, lanyards, stickers, t-shirts and other items that communicate the union’s message. This includes front end staff.

If management is interfering with your rights or you are being discouraged from participating in the union in any way, contact one of your union representatives.
