Hello CEIU Ontario Members. Did you receive the email below today? If you did, awesome! You will receive an email that will allow you to vote electronically for your new CEIU Ontario NVP’s March 18-25, 2020. If you did NOT, don’t panic, all you need to do is send your full name and a PERSONAL email address to vote@ceiu-seic.ca

CEIU NVP ELECTIONS
Reminder For our members
Elections for NVPS
Now that the deadline of nominations for NVP positions is finished, CEIU will need to hold elections for the following NVP positions since we have received more than one nomination for each of these positions:
• NVP for BC/YT
• NVP for Alberta/NWT/Nunavut
• NVP for Ontario
• NVP for NCR
• NVP for Quebec
• NVP for Human Rights
• NVP for IRCC
• NVP for Women’s Issues, Eastern Region
These elections will be done by electronic voting which will start at 9 a.m. (EST) on March 18th, 2020 and end at 9 p.m. (EST) on March 25th, 2020. Every eligible member in good standing who can vote for one or more of the respective NVP positions listed above will receive an email advising them that they can vote, and how to go about it.
Members need to be aware that they will be eligible to vote only if CEIU has their personal email address on file. Members with only employer email addresses will not be eligible to vote. In order to make their vote count, each member must ensure that CEIU has their personal email address. Members can send their email address to vote@ceiu-seic.ca along with their full name so that we may enter their personal email address in our database prior to the start of the election period.
