CEIU Ontario FNMI Committee training
The CEIU Ontario FNMI Committee invites you to attend our special half-day virtual training event:
Water is life and a basic human right!
This event is an opportunity to explore community activism and social justice efforts while exploring cultural teaching.
Event Details:
When: March 22, 2024
Time: 12:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Where: Virtual – Zoom – invitation to follow to selected delegates
ONLINE FORM: Water is life and a basic human right!
All CEIU Ontario members in good standing are invited to apply to attend this event as a delegate.

Upon registering and being accepted to the training event, you will be sent a copper cup necklace kit and will be joining us virtually with a Knowledge Keeper to learn about sacred water and its connection to copper.
We will also be highlighting Northern Ontario communities that still do NOT have clean water and are under boil water advisories, as well as incorporate PSAC’s re-launch of the Still Thirsty for Justice campaign.
DEADLINE Please note that applications must be received by 4:00PM on February 29th, 2024.
