Phoenix grievances
Fyi- all Phoenix grievances go straight to 3rd level and are essentially being put on hold.
However, Phoenix issues are also being escalated through PSAC.
The union is still recommending that members file a grievance every time their pay is not correct, to ensure that they retain their grievance rights. This is an available option.
