“Please join CEIU/PSAC and tell your MP to urge the Immigration Minister to reverse the decision to close the Case Processing Centre, and save a community.

Don’t just do it for the members of CEIU in Vegreville. Do it because this may only be the beginning as the federal Liberal government decides to spread their attacks on rural Canada or other federal government offices in an effort to centralize. Do it because Liberal lies are costing tax payers millions of dollars to see out this politically driven move. Or because this move will not actually increase jobs in Alberta.

Do it for the mothers and the fathers and parents and friends in a community where solidarity exists in ways I haven’t experienced before. Do it for our rural communities. But please – now is the time to help. Standing idly by is no longer an option. “
