I’d like to know how the transformation will happen without having any impact on PSCA members’ pay.
I don’t see how the math can add up without a claw back.
I look forward to receiving more details about this in the future.
Those of us in the current pay system would not receive a final paycheque. That is where the 2 wks pay will come from. We are now supposed to move to the pay in arrears system April 2014.
