Your Employee Assistance Program is there for you!

Maintaining a balanced life can become a daily challenge in the face of uncertainty. Achieving balance helps us to preserve not only our mental health, but also our general health.

Whether you are an employee or a manager, there are different tools available to help you maintain your mental health. These can be found on the following Health Canada website (with links to the Public Health Agency of Canada): http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/hl-vs/mental/index-eng.php

Among these tools, the Employee Assistance Program is there to assist you. Whether you have issues relating to your health, your family or your workplace, our mental health counsellors are there to provide you with psychosocial support tailored to your needs.

If you are concerned about your mental health, meet with one of our qualified professionals and receive confidential counselling by simply calling 1-800-268-7708 or 1-800-567-5803 for hearing impaired. Our counsellors are there for you 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

If you are a supervisor or manager and would like to organise a workshop, lunch-and-learn or training session on any subject, please contact our Specialized Organisational Services (SOS) at 1-888-366-8213.
